Hello Team –
Take a look at the following video from France’s xc mens team.
Important point: Look at how the skiers drive their elbows forward and then extending them back in 1 skate. This is quite different than focusing on driving the hands forward and back (the old fashioned way!).
An remember……. Always wear a helmet.
