Just wanted to say GREAT JOB to all those that raced at the AB Youth Champs this weekend in Bragg Creek. Lots of great skiing and some FABULOUS costumes in the relay made for a super fun weekend, can’t wait for next year!

This week we will run thing a bit different:

Monday : session for Intro boys/girls only that did not attend the AB Youth Champs, LT1/2 you get the night off! Meet Scott at the team room at the regular time. Classic in all that new POWDER! Wax is Rode multigrade

Note : Intro parents – we could use 2 parent helpers tomorrow night, pls let me know if you can be there

Wednesday: early bird registration deadline for Sharkfest races (see below)

Thursday: Skating,

Saturday/Sunday, Mar 9-10 : Sharkfest, Canmore Nordic Center (AB CUP 7/8
– Two races, register for one or if you are super keen you can do both days.
– Saturday, classic sprint (mass start race for peewees); Sunday, skating , indiv, start (mass start for peewees)

– Deadline to register is March 8th at noon, there is an early registration option that closes on Mar 6th at midnight (you save $15 per race by registering early)
