Hello,

With the relocation of World Junior Trials to Canmore, we now have 1 more racing opportunity right here in town. Unless you have spoken with your coach about other plans, we encourage all the LC/LC+ athletes to race on Saturday and Sunday in your Juvenile/ Junior Category. Registration closes Dec 10, 23:59

Training this week:

Tuesday(11): 4:30-6:30 LC/LC+ Run and Strength at the BWTC. This is your last round of this strength program. New program roll out next week 🙂

Wednesday(12): No team workout today. Easy if you are not racing tomorrow, race prep if you are (check TP).

Thursday(13): 4:30-5:30 LC/LC+ Classic- weekend race course inspection. Meet at the teamroom.

Saturday(15): Individual Start Skate Race

Sunday(16): Mass Start Classic Race
