    A light week of training for your first week back at school. Enough time to get yourself organized.

    House keeping:
    – Register for the Nipika camp here. Deadline to register is September 10th:

    – Update your Training Peaks journal with the workouts that you have done and also with your personal schedule (dates away, major school deadlines, work schedule, etc…)

    The fall schedule is available on the XC LC Forum. Shooting will vary to make sure you are getting plenty of physical training time in.

    Thursday (6): 4:30-6:30. Meet at entrance of BWTC. Run outside + strength in the gym. Susie will run the strength component so make sure you attend if you haven’t been coached with the new program.

    Monday Sept 10th Shooting + Strength See Training Peaks for Details
    5:15-6:30 Shooting (It’s a different time because of strength afterwards and our session time for strength is at 6:30.)
    6:30-7:45 Strength
    Make sure you eat something before coming and bring a healthy snack for after.
