36 Medals for CNSC athletes at the Alberta Winter Games

Canmore Nordic Ski Club cross country skiers and biathletes did extremelly well at the Alberta Winter Games in Lakeland Region - Bonnyville, Cold Lake, February 4 - 7, 2010.
CNSC cross country skiers lead by coaches/chaperones Kathy Davies, Roy Strum, Jeanie Godfrey, and Greg Thompson brought home 24 medals an 1st place amongts all zones. Well done. We hear that some of these skiers are also great dancers!
Bill Praught, Brad Watson, Pavan Sandhu, and Sarah Fabbri lead the biathletes to 12 medals and 2nd place in the zone standings. Excellent shooting and great skiing in sometimes sandy snow!!
Congratulations to all athletes and coaches, the Canmore Nordic Ski Club is very proud of you!!
