CNSC Spring Training program May 6th - June 19th 2008 REGISTRATION FORM for Get Fit and Masters Spring Training: Word / PDF Get Fit for Spring and Summer 2008 Introductory program open to adult men and women that would like to improve their fitness level. This program is for beginners. Dates: May 7th – June 18th ~ 7 weeks/7 sessions Masters Spring Training – Once & Twice a week programs For adults with a solid aerobic base. The Spring program is open to adult men and women and the focus will be on fitness, hiking, biking, running, strength training. There will be no roller skiing. Dates: May 6th – June 19th 2008 ~ 7 weeks/7 ~ 14 sessions Times: Cost: Venue: Various locations around the Bow Valley Bring $5 or $40 punch pass for the BWTC gym if inclement weather occurs. Coaching: Jean-Pierre Bohard, NCCP level 2 coach + occasional high performance guest coaches/athletes Possibility of a weekend over night training camp ~ hiking/biking in K country.
