    Monday (19):

    SUPREMO ONLY: 0645-0800: Strength in the gym.

    Primo and Supremo: 1645-1815: Skate Ski Biathlon Combo on Frozen Thunder. (Yahoo!)

    Tuesday (20):

    Pod 1: 1645-1700-warm up in skating on Frozen Thunder then meet at Lane 31 at 1700. You will be done at 1830 (We are just meeting at the range, but we aren’t shooting).

    Wednesday (21):

    Final STUR of the year! 2003-04-05 will do it twice (30min apart)

    Start list here when ready:

    Same location as always. Use this workout to test out your warm up, mental readiness and fitness. Plan what you will do in-between the 2 reps, like a super sprint race – you need a good cool down followed by a short energization period. Write the details and goals for today on Training Peaks.

    Arrive at the start area 2min before your start.

    Thursday (22):

    Ski Combo Biathlon: Bring your full skating equipment plus your classic poles

    Pod 1: 1645-1815


    Saturday (24):

    Bring your FT bib to be able to ski.

    Run warm-up OYO at CNC from 10:10-10:40. (You can put your rifles on the range for this time).

    Arrive on the range at 10:40-10:45. Skate Ski Combo: Shooting with Intensities.

    We will be done by 12:30.



    Remember hats are mandatory by 0 degrees. Health is a high priority!
