Hello U14-2’s
I hope everyone is enjoying Spring Break and ready to kick off the new season!
Things to keep on the Radar:
– Club Registration will be opening on May 1st
– U14-2s are required to have their own Skate roller skis, we will start team roller skiing around the end of June. I recommend keeping an eye on the Facebook group Nordic Buy and Sell.Club registration is open! We are always learning and trying to improve, so it’s slightly different this year. You will have 2 zone4 registrations to fill out:- Step 1: membership (required for everyone (athletes, parents, siblings) participating in any club activity: training, racing, volunteering, skiing, tailgunning, race organizing, coaching etc. This is required by Nordiq Canada for insurance purposes.)
- Step 2: The program registration. This is where you will select your program stream. If you have any questions, reach out to your coach before completing this step.

Program registration: https://zone4.ca/register.asp?id=38630 If you are in town this weekend, the club is partnering with AFCA for the Equinox run May 10. This can be a fun kick off to the season. As always, we need volunteers as well to make the event happen. This time will count toward your volunteer bond and is a fun way to meet more people in the community.

5:00-6:30. Meet by the tennis courts. We will take on our usual first practice playground tour around town with strength mixed in at each ground. Don’t forget your drink belt so you can stay hydrated while we train.
