    Merry Christmas!!

    You have all had an awesome start to the season with the first three races under your belt!

    No team training between the 22nd and 28th

    Dec 22-26: this is your week to rest and recover, get out and have fun with the fam

    Dec 27 – Jan 4th: Volume week!
    Christmas Bingo again this year to give some motivation to get in that nice volume week next week. Details for that will be in the whatsapp chat.
