    Hello TTs,

We are back on for team training! Below is the latest from the SPAR meeting on Monday:

    > Outdoor physical activity, including team sports, must be limited to 10 individuals or fewer
    -Group/team/club training may continue
    > Participants not part of the same household must maintain 2 meters of distance between one another at all times
    > While outdoor recreation is permitted, all facilities with indoor spaces except for washrooms must be closed
    > We strongly suggest that no ridesharing or socialization before or after practice occur at this time

As well, please wear your mask at the start of each session, continue your health screening, and stay home if you do not feel 100%

Distance ski around the nordic Centre.

Wax recommendation: It was a odd night being so warm, but the snow has stayed dry. Rode Violet should be good for today, but put the Rode Viola Extra in your drinkbelt just in case you need some more kick.
