Hello Team,

Great work racing this weekend! Really nice to get in some more biathlon racing before we head off to Hinton and Edmonton to finish off the Calforex Cup series!

Hinton: Trip document should be coming from Mark today. But this is shaping up to be a great event. Parents, if you are interested in racing the Open Eco Aim catagory is open to anyone and would be good fun to see a parent crew out there giving it a go. If you don’t want to race but are keen to be involved as a rifle runner let Mark know.

Training this week:

Monday(10)
4:45-6:45 Strength and Classic skiing agility. Males in the gym first, Females skiing first.
*If you raced both races this weekend take today as a rest day. If you only raced Saturday then you can join xc training.

Tuesday(11) Jackrabbits

Wednesday(12) – Biathlon 
4:45-6:15 Fun Intensity night. Get ready to think tatically and ski fast!

Thursday(13)– Biathlon
4:45-6:30 – We will split up into 2 groups and work some personalized ski technique.

Friday(14)
5:00-6:00 – Race prep in Canmore

Saturday (15th)
Cross County Time Trial, see xc forum for details.

*If you were planning to race in Red Deer then doing the TT on Saturday would be a great option. If you were not going to Red Deer because you raced last weekend and are racing the next 2 Calforex Cups then you should not do the TT. However it would be great to have you out for a nice easy distance ski and cheering on your teammates. If you have questions about weather or not you should race let me know.
