Grotto/Rundle/Cascade
4:45-6:15 SKATE Meet in the Biathlon STADIUM at 4:45. We will start with the “Meet the team” filming (3 groups simultaneously filmed by coaches, 1 athlete at a time). Come up with a little something fun- jump/spin/moon walk/ backflip/ cartwheel/ karate kick/ finish cele… We should get you all filmed by 5pm Then we will get out for a little ski Orienteering loop.Thursday(5) – No Training due to AB Cup
Friday(6)-Sunday(8) AB Cup in Edmonton
