Monday(24)
Rest if you were in Hinton
4:45-6:45 with XC if you were not in Hinton

Tuesday(25) Jackrabbits

Wednesday(26) – Biathlon
4:45-6:45 – Today we will look at what works well in Hinton and what didn’t work so well and do some fine tuning for Edmonton. Mostly Z2 with some sprints.

Thursday(27)– Rest

Saturday (01) – Biathlon
9:00-11:00am – Precision test and team competition. Combined accuracy and ski speed will bring your team to success.
