    🛌 Reset & Reload — Camrose Weekend Ahead 🎯

Coming off a busy race weekend, the priority to start this week is recovery. A good rest day now lets your body actually absorb all that hard work. Trust it — rest is training too.

We’ve also got an exciting race weekend in Camrose for the biathletes (Calforex Cup #3 🎉).
For those not heading to Camrose, you’re still in good hands — Matt and Michel will be running a fun, technique-focused Saturday session.

Camrose Biathlon was cancelled due to the cold..
Sooooo….Everyone is invited to take part in a Biathlon Mass Start competition here! (with just our club)

The non-biathlete’s will be shooting on eco aim rifles and competing against their biathlete teammates.
    – Biathlete’s: Pick your rifles up as usual and head to the range for zero
    – XC Athletes: Eco Aim master Kerstin will be there to teach you all a few things before the race.
Race Format: Mass Start, 4x1km with 3 shooting bouts.
Timing: Meet on the range at 9am, race will start at 10am
This will be a fun day but also a really good opportunity for everyone to practice your race day planning and warm ups to get you dialed in for Westerns next week!

    Big picture this week:
    ➡️ Recover
    ➡️ Refine skills
➡️ Show up fresh and sharp

    Let’s keep building 🚀
