This week is all about getting sharp, staying calm, and being ready to race.
There’s a lot happening by the weekend, so the goal early in the week is quality over quantity.

Here’s the plan:
❌ Monday — Cancelled
No training tonight.
Extra recovery heading into a big race block = smart move.
🧠 Tuesday — Westerns Course Analysis – Classic
5:00–6:30 pm
Coaches: Caitlin, Aislin
We’ll go over:
Think brains > legs tonight.
🔥 Thursday — Race Prep Skate for all!
4:45–6:00 pm
Coach: Trevor
Short, sharp, and spicy:

4 × 8 sec sprints
Purpose: wake the system up, then get out 💥
