Just a quick note for Monday evening training. Check back later for details for the rest of the week.

Monday(20) 4:45-6:00 LC+ Skate ski for those who did not race at Westerns. Meet at the teamroom.

Wednesday (22): 1645-1815. LC/LC+. Classic distance with speed. Lets hope that Rode Violet hardwax will work. Bring a Rode Viola Extra in your drink belt. Meet at team room.

Thursday (23): LC/LC+. 1645-1845. LC/LC+. Distance skate. Bring your head lamp and your cell phone fully charged. Meet at team room.

Saturday (25): LC/LC+. 1145-1430. Skate. Distance Challenge. Meet at team room.
