We are in the heart of the race season now with Western Canadian Championships kicking off this weekend. The trip document was distributed last week via email to those signed up on the club spreadsheet. If you didn’t receive it, let Matt know.
With the completion of exams (which can be very stressful for some), check in with your energy to be sure you are getting proper recovery- especially sleeping 9+ hours a night and fueling your self with lots of nutritious food.
Training this week:
4:45-6:45 Strength in the BWTC and Skate Ski. Men in the gym first, women skiing first.
Wednesday(1)-Sunday(5) No team training in Canmore for the rest of the week due to Westerns in Kimberley. Check the trip document for the training and racing details.
Monday Feb 6– No strength due to racing 3 days at Westerns.
