Hello TTs,
Great month of racing here in January! AB Cup 3/4, then Camrose Biathlon races, then off to Kimberley, and now just wrapped up Westerns-AB Cup 5/6. With all that great racing, there needs a little balance to be sure we get both rest and some training.
The final sign up deadline is FEB 1 for the last few races of the season Drayton Valley (AB Cup 9/10), Edmonton Calforex Cup, and Hinton Calforex Cup. Training this week:
Monday(31) Rest- No team training
Tuesday(1) Skate ski @ CNC
5:00-6:30 Meet at the teamroom. Be sure to pack your headlamp. We will venture off the lit loop for some fun skiing on the natural snow trails (conditions permitting).
Thursday(3) Biathlon @ CNC
4:45-6:15 Biathlon Training
Saturday(5) Classic ski @ CNC
12:30-2:30 Distance ski with technique work. Pack a bar/ snack for the middle of the ski
