    Hello LCs,

    Great work out in Kaslo. You all got in some good training and should be tired after such a good effort. It is important to focus on your recovery this week so that you are ready to go for the Haig.

    Monday(13): 8:30-9:30 LC1/LC2 Core session and a quality rolling session to promote good recovery. Meet in the BWTC. We will go straight into the session after the bear talk for those going to the Haig.

    Tuesday(14): 10:00-11:30 LC1/LC2 Surprise workout! Meet at the teamroom with running shoes and your drink belt. LC2s- eat a light breakfast as you will be working hard today. Bring your classic skis today if they need to be sanded for the Haig.

    Wednesday(15): 10:30-11:30 LC1/LC2 Ride your bike for 30 minutes from home to the BWTC. Arrive at 10:30 for 1 hour of strength.

    4:30- If you are going to the Haig and need your classic skis sanded to “refresh” your harries bring them at this time.

    Thursday(16): No Team Training. Pack for the Haig.

    Friday-Monday: Haig.
