    A bit of housekeeping:

    • Please make sure that you stay in your endurance zone when building endurance! This means your zone 2.
    • Note that our next Silver Tip Uphill Timed run will be on Wednesday, June 17th. Parents are welcome to join!

    Monday (1):
    Multi, Primo, Supremo

    Strength training.

    Group 1: Born 05-06. Get your strength equipment and area ready before you go for a 25min Z2 run with 5 sprints of 10sec, leaving your house at 1600. Sign-in to Zoom for a 1630 start for strength training.
    Group 2: Born 02-04. Get your strength equipment and area ready before you go for a 40min Z2 run with 8 sprints of 10sec, leaving your house at 1645. Sign-in to Zoom for a 1730 start for strength training.

    Tuesday (2):
    Check you Training Peaks for details.

    Wednesday (3):
    Multi, Primo, Supremo

    Small group outside training. 

    It is critical that athletes/coaches do not come to workouts while experiencing symptoms. It is also crucial that athletes maintain a 2 meter distance between themselves and other athletes/coaches at all times during workouts. We will ask athletes to leave the workout if they don’t.

    Workout details and sign in sheet for the May 27th workout can be found below. In order to take part, you must sign in between 8am and 2pm the day of the workout. Also, please let us know if you can’t make the workout by signing “I can’t attend the workout”. It will help the coaches in their planning.

    Thursday (4):
    Multi, Primo, Supremo

    Please sign the attendance spreadsheet 8am-noon today.

    We will have a running Threshold Test-3000 meters in the afternoon. The LC group will be divided in sub-pods. Course is a 1200 meter loop that 3-4 athletes will run at the same time (1min starts). Warm up on your own with plenty of intensity, similar to a winter sprint race qualifier. Make sure your heart rate monitor is fully charged and working properly.

    Out and back (600 meters each way), rounded at each end. Arrive at the start 3-5 minutes before your start time.


    Friday (5):

    T2, Multi, Primo, Supremo

    Sign in to Zoom early for 1600-1645 workout.

    Saturday (6):
    Primo, Supremo

    REVERSE ORDER THAN USUAL!
    Group 2: Born 02-04. Get your strength equipment and area ready before you go for a 55min Z2 run with 8 sprints of 10sec, leaving your house at 1030. Sign-in to Zoom for a 1130 start for strength training.
    Group 1: Born 05-06. Get your strength equipment and area ready before you go for a 40min Z2 run with 5 sprints of 10sec, leaving your house at 1145. Sign-in to Zoom for a 1230 start for strength training.
