    HOUSEKEEPING:

    • We have tweaked the training pods for the next 2 weeks
    • Please note that the June 28th week is a mix of spring and summer workouts with some morning and afternoon workouts.
    • The next STUR is this Thursday (17th)
    • The 3000 meters run on the LGMS track in on June 21st
    • We will have 5-7km cross country running time trials about once a month. The first one (5km) is scheduled for June 30th at 2pm at the CNC
    • The deadline to sign up for the Kaslo camp is June 18th HERE

    Monday (14):

    Rest for all after the bike camp. Great work everyone!

    Tuesday (15):
    Supremo

    Strength with Chelsea in the gym.

    IMPORTANT:
    * You must wear a mask in the gym
    * You need to use clean, dry shoes
    * You must fill in the waivers ahead of time, signed by a parent. Check your TP for links.

    Women: Arrive the bwtc at 445. Run for 15 minutes. Change into dry clean shoes and meet Chelsea in the gym at 500 sharp. You will be done at around 600.
    Men: Arrive the bwtc at 545. Run for 15 minutes. Change into dry clean shoes and meet Chelsea in the gym at 600 sharp. You will be done at around 700.

    Wednesday (16):
    Primo only

    Strength at Riverside Park with Matt and Stu. Bring your strength kit.

    Pod 4: Leave your house on your bike at 445 and bike 15min to Riverside park. You will be done with strength at 600 and bike back home after. Matt will run a 15 minute meeting for those who missed the training zone zoom on June 1.
    Pod (All 04, 05, 06 Primo Athletes): Leave your house on your bike at 545 and bike 15min to Riverside park. You will be done with strength at 700 and bike back home after.

    Thursday (17):
    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    445-600. STUR.

    Saturday (19):

    There might be a workout for Supremos on Saturday morning.
