It’s the final week of school, and for many exams are all wrapped up. Some great stuff coming your way:
Starting next week (June 29) we will flip over to our summer training schedule with AM training. Note due to Windermere and Haig our regular full week will not start until July the week of July 27, but we will have a few sessions each week even with the training camps due to how they land. Details shared each week.

Canada Day Run registration is open and ready for you! We encourage you all to partake if you are able to run. Sign up for the 5km or 10km, whichever you feel you can really go for it and leave it all out there for. We designed the week to include this race and it helps to create that ideal training load.

The Alberta World Cup Academy is offering a U18 and older camp July 31-Aug 2. Looking at the schedule it is very similar to our regular training, you would just be joined by a number of other athletes and different coaches. If you are keen, a fun opporunity. We can adjust your training a bit before and after to ensure you stay within reasonable amounts. Registration is July 10. Full details here:

4:45-6:15 Classic Rollerski intensity. We will have a good split of U16 and U18 doing some different intensities Zone 5 and Zone 6. Meet by the Biathlon range to see the NEW pavement!!!
Rachel Bokel will be at the start of the session at 4:45 to share a new exciting fundraising opportunity for you all- Canada Day Raffle tickets. Money made from this will go back to offset race trip costs, so the more you sell, the less you have to pay for trips!
