Hey gang!

There won’t be any training this week as we all gear up for the most important race of the year… the Canada Day Fun Run, obviously! I’ll be out there running the 10km myself, so I hope to see lots of you out there giving it your all 💪.

We’ll be back to our usual Monday 5pm training next week. I might call in a sub coach, as I’ll be just returning from the Windermere camp with the older crew and may not make it back in time. I’ll keep you posted on the Forum as we get closer 📣.
