Hey everyone!

Thanks to those who came out this weekend — I had a great time, and I hope you did too!

This week, we’ll be meeting at 5:00 PM on Monday at the CNC for a ski striding session.

Ski striding poles:
Ideally, your poles should be the length where, when you’re holding them, your elbows are at a 90-degree angle. If you don’t have specific ski striding poles, classic poles will work just fine — and the junkier, the better! 😉

We’ll meet right out front of the team room. See you there!
