    Hello Everyone and welcome to a new year of training and racing. We will be starting off slowly with two practices a week for May and June.

    Tuesday – 4:30 – 6:00 Biathlon – 6:00 – 6:45 – Strength w/ XC

    Thursday – 4:15 – 6:00 Biathlon training and aerobic conditioning.

    This week there will only be a practice on Tuesday. May 6.

    Thursday the team will head out for Vernon and Sovereign Lakes. Have fun.

    Hello Everyone:

    I trust you had a good weekend, it was nice to have some fairly good weather and to be able to get outside and play. For those who went to Sovereign, I heard you had a good time and got is some quality training.

    This week:

    Tuesday, May 13: 4:30 – 6:00 w/ Geret; then strength.

    Thursday, May 15: 4:15 – 6:00 w/ Jeff; shooting and physical training.
