    Hello TTs,

It has been a wonderful season with you all, but we have reached the final week of team training for 2020-2021 Season. Just because we will not have official training, it doesn’t mean you can’t call a friend and go for a ski. Be sure you do give yourself a little time to unwind though before we kick off the new season in May.

The Wednesday Night Time Trial has finally been approved by the nordic centre, for 1 night. Details were shared via email, but be sure you sign up on Zone4 for the evening before the Tuesday 1PM deadline if you want to participate.

    Training this week:
    Monday(15) Skate @ CNC
POD 6: 5:00-6:15 Meet at the firehydrant
POD 7: 5:00-6:15 Meet at the teamroom
POD 8: 6:15-7:30 Meet at the firehydrant
POD 9: 6:15-7:30 Meet at the teamroom
Tonight will be course inspection of Wednesday Night’s course. We will focus on tactics, pacing, and a little speed work. Also ensuring your warm up plan is dialed in so you can execute it on your own.
