Howdy U14’s
Well this is it.. the last forum post for the season. We have both this week and next week available here to see to help you plan out.
Here’s what we’ve got going on these weeks:
Housekeeping / March Important Dates
- Information for Nationals, timings & details will be posted to the forum labelled – “U14 XC Nationals”
- Club wind up day – April 6th.
- [U14-2’s] Meeting for U14-2 to U16 / Program options meeting – April 1st, 5:00-5:30, @BWTC.
Monday (17) – Monday (24) No Practice
No practices this week as we are rolling out the nationals carpet!Tuesday (25) Skate Ski @ CNC
5:00-7:00. Meet in the stadium. There may be pizza involved today.Bring your rock skis and poles. Do you have an avalanche shovel? You may wish to bring it for jump building. (But don’t forget to write your name on it so you don’t lose it!)
As this day is a good deal in the future, if it ends up being extra cold, we may postpone our wrap up session to Saturday, and have a normal ski day today instead.
Thursday (27) Biathlon
4:45-6:15. It’s games day today. If you have game suggestions, I will field recommendations at zero to replace my own line up.Consider bringing a rain jacket tonight as it might be a little wetter than our usual winter training.
There may be prizes involved…
