    Hello TTs,

Fantastic racing in Drayton Valley! Many great personal achievements out there, learning opportunities, and stellar efforts leaving it all out there on the course.  A great wrap up to the racing season.

We are into the final 2 weeks of organized team training for the season.  We coaches are working on planning for the 2022/2023 season which will kick off mid May.  I will run a meeting on Zoom for the 2008 parents/athletes covering the 2 options for the LC program- Multi vs Primo.  That meeting will be Sunday, March 13th at 8pm. Meeting ID: 715 759 4809 Passcode: 123  There have been many questions over the years and misconceptions about the programs, so please do your best to attend the meeting.  If you can not make it, talk with someone who does to get all the info. More details will be shared via email a few days before the meeting.

2009 athletes will kick off the new year with training once a week May-August, then into the full blast program in September that you had this year.

Team training for the rest of this season:

Monday(7) No team training- recover from the race weekend

    Tuesday(8) Skate@ CNC
5:00-6:30 We will work on all the skills we have developed over the year with some mixed fun relays. Meet in the XC Stadium as World Masters still has the lower parking lot closed.

    Saturday(12) Skate @ CNC
12:30-2:30 Distance ski with some games. Bring a snack/bar for mid ski. Meet in the XC Stadium.

    Monday(14) Skate @ CNC
5:00-6:30 Skate relays and agility with the 2010 Track Attack athletes joining for the day. Meet at the teamroom.

    Tuesday(15) Skate @ CNC
5:00-6:30 (due to popular demand, and a compelling argument to fit all our activities in, we will finish at the usual time of 6:30) Final day- Pizza party at the meadow hut and big air challenge.  I will order an assortment of about 5 pizzas from Panago, load them in the sled and drag it all out to the meadow for the session.  I will order 1 Hawaiian Gluten Free pizza, but if you have additional food allergies, please bring some personal food to enjoy.

Costumes welcome today if you are keen.
