Great work out in Vernon. You should be tired, but with solid nutrition and rest your energy should bounce back by the end of the week.
Club registration is open! We are always learning and trying to improve, so it’s slightly different this year. You will have 2 zone4 registrations to fill out:
- Step 1: membership (required for everyone (athletes, parents, siblings) participating in any club activity: training, racing, volunteering, skiing, tailgunning, race organizing, coaching etc. This is required by Nordiq Canada for insurance purposes.)
- Step 2: The program registration. This is where you will select your program stream. If you have any questions, reach out to your coach before completing this step.
