MON Nov 3 – 5:15-6:45
Skate Skiing – on Frozen Thunder. PLEASE BRING RUNNING SHOES IN A BACKPACK AS WELL.
I am not sure how soft the conditions will be. We will likely spend some time in running shoes to break up the skiing. (if possible – put shoes in backpack for your athlete to carry)
Session will focus on balance and getting used to skiing again.
THURS Nov 6 – 5:15-6:45
Same as above. Skate skiing and running shoes. Headlight. Warm clothes.
