    Hi Team, Great ski at Moraine on the weekend, what a good day!

    Tuesday 15th: 4:45-6:15ish Flexibility– Outdoor clothes for warm up run. Then we will be inside measuring flexibility for everyone T1 and older. We may run a bit late this session as we are a large group.

    Wednesday 16th: 4:45-6:15 Skate Ski plus indoor stuff. We will be skiing the first :45min then we will be inside for the ‘Ultimate Aerobic Experience’. Fluoresence attire strongly recommended, head bands and leg warmers encouraged. Bring indoor shoes aswell as a yoga mat. Biathletes can meet us at the BWTC for 5:30.

    Friday 18th: Lake Louise Camp. Afternoon workout arrive ready to go for 3:00pm. Print off weekend itinerary, (should have been emailed to you) you will be responsible for showing up to meals and being ready for sessions on time.
    Skis: Prepare your skis with a cold glide wax, Solda Green or Swix LF4, scrape and brush (both skate and classic). Classic grip zones can be prepped with a thin layer of Rode Black or Toko Green base binder ironed in.
