Hi team Headlamp!
This week we have our first races of the season for some of the U14 biathletes! Because of these races, we will only have team training on Monday and Tuesday this week.
U14 biathletes – I will be uploading a separate forum post with all the information for the weekend, we have gotten word that the races are on! I will include information pertaining to the AWG qualifier, and the weekend as a whole.
Here’s the plan!
⛷️ Monday — Classic Sprints!
5:00–6:30 pm
Coaches: Trevor, Leah, Michel-
Focus on DP, forming a solid body position

10*10 second sprints!
❄️ Headlamp day…. I mean Tuesday — Skate Intensity & Headlamps!
5:00–6:30 pm – Teamroom with a Headlamp
Coaches: Caitlin, Aislin-
Time to get speedy 5×2 min HARD!
I’m pumped to get back on snow with everyone this week.
