Hello TTs,

Winter is just around the corner, so quite a few reminders coming at you this week to get ready:

We will need headlamps at every evening session until March. Put it in your drink belt and bring it to training every day. If you don’t have your headlamp, you will not be allowed to participate in the session once it is fully dark.

November 16 is the start of regular winter season at the nordic centre. If you have not picked up your season pass, be sure to get it by next week. Training This Week:
Monday(18) 5:00-6:30 @ CNC
Skate Ski at the nordic centre. They have been blowing lots of snow, so we will venture off frozen thunder on some exciting new trails (but still with lots of coverage).

Tuesday(19) *BIATHLON* 5:00-6:45 @ CNC
Distraction practice & Race procedure. We will work on our race procedure (ie. what do we do in a race?) & play a distraction game. Meet in the team room for a discussion on how race day works.

Wednesday(19) 5:00-6:30 @ CNC
Classic ski at the nordic centre. With the fresh snow, wax your skis Rodi Violet.

Saturday(23) 12:30-2:00 @ CNC
Skate ski at the nordic centre. We will be doing some speed work today, so just 1.5 hours for the session today.
