    Hello,

    Ski grinding and Hot boxing is happening this week. See email from Alain for more details.
    Grinding Monday and Tuesday.
    Hot Box Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

    The weather is supposed to change quite a bit this week, so be sure you are dressed appropriately for training- toque/buff/mitts when it is cold. You all know the rule -5 or snowing and you need to wear a toque for training. Use your energy to train, not to stay warm.

    2005 athletes going to race in Sovereign, Check your training peaks for adjusted training for the week.

    Training this week:
    Monday(25): 5:00-6:15 LC+ Outdoor warm up and strength. Meet at the BWTC.
    Drop off skis at the teamroom for Grinding by 6pm.
    Tuesday(26): 4:45-6:15 LC/LC+ Skate intensity in Bullseye. Meet at the teamroom.
    Drop off skis at the teamroom for Grinding by 6pm.
    Wednesday(27): 4:45-6:30 LC+ Classic Distance. Meet at the teamroom.
    Drop off skis at the teamroom for hot boxing by 6pm.
    Thursday(28): 4:45-6:45 LC/LC+ Skate ski first, then strength in the gym. Meet at the teamroom.
    Drop off skis at the teamroom for hot boxing by 6pm.
    Saturday(30): LC/LC+ Arrive the team room at 845am. We will do intervals in classic on the 1.3km sprint course after a warm up. Glide wax with swix LF4 the night before. Use VG35 for a base wax, then 1-2 layers of Rode multigrade followed by 2 layers of Swix blue extra. We will be done ~10:30am
