    Here’s the plan for the next few days, check back later for more:

    • We have to obey the new enhanced rules, this means smaller pods. See below – Check new pod number.
    • For safety reasons, we will not allow athletes to ski in a team workout after last light without a headlamp – it’s dangerous to go downhills in the dark at 40 km/hr! Athletes that don’t have a headlamp at last light (5:20 right now) will need to ski in the biathlon stadium
    • The “Get Ripped With Eric” workout on Tuesday mornings will now start at 7:30am

    Monday (30): Please DOUBLE CHECK your pod # so you show up at the right time!

    1645-1815 Pod 1: Biathlon Combo with Skate Ski WITH ERIC in LANES 1-9

    1645-1815: Pod 2 and 3 Hybrid: Biathlon Combo with Skate Ski WITH RACHEL in LANES 11-19

    No cross mingling between pods.
