    Hello,

    Great work out on Frozen thunder over the last week. Some great technical and physical gains in just a few sessions. Keep up the good work.

    Training This Week:

    Monday(28) 5:00-6:15 LC+ Outdoor warm up run and strength in the BWTC. Keep bringing those clean indoor shoes to keep our BWTC staff happy. Meet at the BWTC. We know tonight is Radial Reels, this should be plenty of time to get in your workout and make it to the show on time.

    Tuesday(29) 4:45-6:30 LC/LC+ Classic ski (1hr) and stationary bike, corrective exercises and rolling (0:45). Boys to start on skis (meet at team room), girls in the gym (meet at bwtc). Keep your Swix Universal klister for a base and add 2 layers of Swix blue extra hard wax on top when the ski is a bit cold.

    Wednesday(30) 4:45-6:15 LC+ Classic ski on frozen thunder with some fartlek.

    Thursday(31) 4:45-6:45 LC/LC+ Outdoor warm up run and strength in the BWTC. Keep bringing those clean indoor shoes to keep our BWTC staff happy. Meet at the BWTC. We will finish with a 30-45 min run.

    Saturday(2) 9:30-12:00 LC/LC+ Skate Ski on frozen thunder with some speed work. Bring your running shoes as we will wrap up with an additional on foot activity working on strength, mobility, & agility. ICC coaching course with Alain at 12:30 for those of you taking the CC course the following weekend
