Matt DeCarufelKeymasterHello Team,
Good push through the past week and a half with lots of great training. We will be pulling back to now allow for good adaptation to all that training. There is a bit of sickness going around, so do your best to follow those basics: wash your hands, eat good food, hydrate, and sleep 9 hours or more per night.
With the current school closure for the teacher’s strike, we coaches are looking at offering some additional sessions in the morning. Stay tuned as we work through scheduling.
We will have our program parent meeting on Monday, Oct 6 in the Haig room from 6:15-7:00pm. Covering program expectations, goals, and the race calendar (athletes welcome to join). Most importantly, an opportunity to ask questions. If you can’t make it, send your questions with another parent and then check in with them after the meeting.
