    Hello Team,

    This Saturday we are off to Kimberley for our annual fall camp. Please read through the trip document one more time to be sure you have all the information, then if you still have a question coaches are happy to chat.

    The race calendar is slowly coming together, but a few more pieces to put together.  We hope to have it dialed in by October 2, then will discuss racing and other program expectations at the parent meeting on October 6 from 6:15-7:00 in the Haig Room.  Individual athlete meetings for all 37 athletes in the U16/U18 program will begin the week of Oct 6 so you can discuss your specific race path that aligns with your goals. Sign ups to come soon.

    Training this week:

    Monday(22)
    Grotto/Rundle/Cascade
    4:45-6:15 XC vs BIA challenge day! Running intensity at Quarry Lake- Low Z5.  Little OYO jog to warm up (coaches will be there too) then meet at 5pm at the Lake. We will have a little competition today using the Ecoaims combined with our Z5 intensity.  Full details to be explained at the session, but be ready to bring your a game shot!

    5:00-6:00 Strength with Chelsea

    Wednesday(24)
    Grotto/Rundle/Cascade
    4:45-6:45 Classic technique work and sprints. Warm up OYO and meet at the top of the banff trail at 5pm.

    Thursday(25)
    Rundle/Cascade
    4:45-6:45 Running agility and strength.  U16 outside first, U18 in the gym.
    *Bring Striding poles! 

    Saturday(27) to Tuesday(30) Kimberley Camp!

    Wednesday (Oct 1)– REST DAY
