September 2-8 + fall schedule

    Hello T3’s and LC’s and welcome to fall!

    We will go back to after school workouts for fall and winter. Note the change for Tuesdays. This schedule starts on the week of September 9th so the first week of school is an altered schedule. Please read all the way to the bottom of this email to get some basic information on the Nipika camp.

    FALL SCHEDULE (except for Sept 2-8, see below).
    Biathlon 3:45-5:15pm (T3/LC)
    Biathlon and XC 5:15-7:15pm (T3/LC)

    Biathlon and XC 4:30-6:00pm (LC only)

    Thursdays (biathlon and xc separate):
    LC Biathlon only 4:30-6:30pm
    T3 (bia and xc) + LC-XC 4:30-6:30pm

    Half Friday biathlon sessions at 1:30pm (T3/LC)

    When not half Fridays; biathletes will shoot at 8:30am
    XC and biathlon 9:30am or 10am start for the remainder of the morning

    SEPTEMBER 2-8:

    Check Training Peaks (LC’s) for details on your personal training.

    Wednesday (4): T3 & LC. Run and new strength in gym. Meet at team room, 4:30-6:00pm

    Thursday (5): T3 & LC. Classic rollerski. Meet at team room, 4:30-6:30pm

    We will have our annual Nipika Camp on Sept 27-29. This camp is for T1-T2-T3-LC. Please sign up on camp spreadsheet here: Some new activities this year!

    Due to the first day of school being on Tuesday we will not have a practice. The fall schedule starts on Wednesday, Sept 4. Biathlon practices this week are:

    Thursday, Sept 5 – 4:30 – 6:30 – Jeff – Please bring your skate roller skis.
    Friday, Sept 6 – 1:30 – 3:00 – Geret – Please bring your skate roller skis

    We will have to figure out a transportation schedule for Tuesday’s starting next week.
