Now that you have all had a chance to settle into your school routine, we will dive into regular fall training! Please come dressed appropriately for training as the fall evenings can be quite cold & rainy or warm. You will get more out of the session if you can focus on the session rather than trying to stay warm.

Monday(9) 5:00-6:30 LC+ Only New Strength with Eric. Come ready to get pumped up! Meet at the BWTC.
Tuesday(10) 4:45-6:15 LC+ Only Biathlon Practice (Skate Roller Skis)
Thursday(12) 4:45-6:45 LC/LC+ Biathlon Shooting with Running (4:45-5:45) + Strength (5:45-6:45). Strength in the gym, so be sure to have your clean shoes.
Saturday(14) LC/LC+ Distance Run with some sprints. Confirm time and meeting location on the XC Forum.
Monday (16) 5:00-6:30 LC+ Only Strength with Eric. Meet at the BWTC.
Tuesday (17) 4:45-6:15 LC+ Only Biathlon Practice (Skate Roller Skis) – Remember you are in charge of each of your drills!
(There is an LC/LC+ XC Athlete meeting tonight. Attendance is not required for Biathlon as we will cover everything in your individual meetings throughout the week.)
