THURDAY JAN 18 – skate

    Hi,
    Tonight will be skating. Please bring extra layers for your faces and wear mitts instead of gloves if possible. The wind has been cold at the nordic centre lately.

    Try to get your RSU out for a 45minute continuous ski on the weekend! It could be classic or skating, but they all need time on skiis!

    Also, come check out the Seniors Trials Sprint races Sat and Sun. They will be classic and start time is 10:00 for the qualifiers, then finals I think early afternoon.

    See some of Canada’s best X-Country skiers!!
