Oct 16- Last Rollerski of the Year – Time Trial and Running Games
Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and are getting along ok with the strike / lockout….
Thursdays practice will be our last rollerski night of the year. It looks like the weather will be good enough and the pavement dried out. So, bring helmet, gloves, poles and skate/combi boots.
We will do a little time trial (short) for those kids that are interested in a bit of a race.ALSO bring running shoes! We will do games after the time trial.
ALSO – NEXT MONDAY Oct 20 – change of location – we will meet at the Cougar Creek trailhead (parking across from Iron Goat). I’ll decide based on weather if we go up Lady Mac or in the Horseshoe trails. Thought we’d change it up before we are at the Nordic Centre all winter.
