Yes hello, here’s the group training sessions for this week:
Tuesday 17 (T2/TC): We will do our first xc running test. This is a 1.5km loop that the T2’s will run once, and the TC’s will do twice. The idea is to use it to measure fitness improvement throught the spring-summer-fall. Let’s meet at the team room at 4:30pm for last minute explanation, and start the test at 5:00pm.
Thursday 19 (T2/TC): Strength routine (#2 or #2B). Meet at 4:30pm for the warm up with sprints. We will then go to the BWTC to do the strength. You will finish with a group run while I talk to your parents. You will be done at 6:30pm.
Saturday 21 (T2/TC): Z1/2 RS-CL up Norquay. Meet 9:00am at the Sheraton (Colin: meet you at the bottom of Norquay). We will need some parents to help drive/shuttle athletes down the hill a couple times (some will go up more than once). If you can help please e-mail Roddy at email@example.com.
Sunday 22 (T2/TC): Fartlek run (Z3 work and speed). Meet at lady McDonald parking lot (Cougar Creek) at 9:30am.
