Hello, we are having the uphill time trial (skating) on Tuesday. The coaches will be in the team room from 4:15 to 4:40 in case you need your poles sharpen. You should warm up on your own with a proper planned warm up (plan to do some zone 3 and 4 in your warm up and get psyched to go fast). We will meet at the start (T junction) at 4:55 for a 5:00pm start.
