    Hello-

    Both sessions will meet at the normal pod meeting areas this week. Please be aware of changing temps as the sun is setting earlier and earlier. It’s great to send your child to Track Attack with water or sport drink(water is really enough), but I kindly ask for no snacks to be sent along. If they need a snack, then it’s not too late to have one on the way up to the Nordic Centre.

    Please read this note from Alain Parent:

    Please note that we will monitor the air quality to make sure that the conditions are safe to operate a group session. We will make a decision on if a session is a go or not 3 hours before each workout (2 hours for a morning session). We will post the cancellation on this forum (no posting if the workout is a go). We will be more conservative than usual in our decision making as we don’t want athletes to develop a dry cough that could be interpreted as a symptom for COVID-19 and have to isolate or take a COVID-19 test.
