Welcome back everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful time away from the usual routines of life – and were able to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather and world we live in!
As we return after the Christmas break – we are getting into race season full swing! There are 3 practices – then the Kootenay Cup. 3 more practices, then the next Alberta Cup (in Canmore), then 3 practices – and family week break! (No practices on Jan 19, or Feb 2, and Jan 15 TBD – limited practice)
This week’s goals: getting back into the routine, remembering both our classic and skate technique rhythms, and hitting some new trails not yet skied on this season.
Kootenay Cup – Jan 17/18 – our AWAY race of the year.
See recent email from Lenke for all details.
