Hello U14’s

Great work to our biathletes this weekend! Lot’s of great shooting and skiing by all, looking forward to bringing those lessons to our next practice.

AB Cup 1&2 is this weekend, if you haven’t registered for the competition already, registration closes Dec. 5, link is available here. We will have competition information here Monday afternoon, so be sure to check back!

Here’s our plan for the week:

Monday(3) Practice Moved – Friday
No practice today, we’re going to move over to Friday evening to give ourselves a little race prep day and check out the course for Saturday.

Tuesday(4) Classic Ski @ CNC.
5:00-6:30. Meet at the flags. If you are not attending Friday’s race prep practice, please leave your race skate skis in the team room for waxing for the weekend.

Wax recommendation: Universal Klister

Thursday(5) Biathlon @ CNC.
4:45-6:15. Great work with back to back race weekends by all! We’re going to bring it back the arm cuffs for a slower session, bringing over our fundamentals from the rest & alter any positions if need be.

Friday(6) Skate Ski @ CNC.
5:00-6:00. We will do a race course examination and debrief different sections with some light sprints. Please bring your race skate skis for drop off in the team room at the end of practice.

Saturday(2) AB Cup 1  
Skate sprint.

Sunday(3) AB Cup 2
Classic distance.
