Training this week:
Tuesday(2) LC/LC+ 10:00-Noon Skate Distance. Meet at the teamroom. (no Shooting)
Wednesday(3) LC/LC+ Shoot with Jeff, Skate Combo. Aiming for 9-10:30, Jeff will Confirm.
Thursday(4) LC/LC+ 10:00-11:30 Skate Time Trial. 6km for younger, 9km for older. Meet at the teamroom. (no Shooting)
Saturday(6) LC/LC+ 9:30-Noon Classic Distance on Cascade Fire Road. Meet at the Minnewanka parking lot. Parents welcome to come along. (no Shooting)
