here is the week ahead
Tuesday Jan 14 – skate skiing – 5-630 at team room
Thursday Jan 16 – 445 – 530 – strength training at bwtc; 530-630 – classic skiing – bring your headlamp! its looking like a universal klister day!
Sat-Sun – Kimberley Kootenay Cup race – if you’re not going plan on a 1.5 hour ski with your family one or both days
