Hello U14’s
Hope you’ve had a great weekend! Here’s our plan for the week:
Note for the season: The sun is going down at 5:00pm now, headlamps are now mandatory for evening sessions. Please ensure you have your headlamp before heading out the door!
Monday(6) Skate Ski @ CNC.
5:00-6:30. Meet at the flags. We’ll do another half and half day, split of 45min on skis, 45min on running. Drop your shoes off outside the team room.Tuesday(7) Classic Ski @ CNC.
5:00-6:30. Meet at the flags. Bring shoes again for a split day of running and classic technique, drop off outside the team room.Wax Recommendation: Universal Kilster
Thursday(9) Biathlon @ CNC.
4:45-6:15. We’re back to regular sessions (& all healthy)! Meet on the range ready to go for 4:45.Friday(11) – Sunday(13) Lake Louise Camp
The fun is almost here! Please consult the Camp Document to ensure you have packed all that you need for the weekend. Weather looks like it will be very cooperative, get ready to get up to lots out there!
